Using the tool
JSON Formatter Lab is free to use for personal and professional JSON formatting, validation, conversion, repair, search, and comparison without registration or payment.
You are responsible for the JSON you choose to process locally and for independently verifying results before using them in safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, regulatory, production-security, or other high-risk decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use JSON Formatter Lab unlawfully, disrupt hosting, bypass security controls, interfere with availability, or attempt to use the hosted service in a way that harms other visitors.
Hosted-tool use does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create a substantially reproduced hosted service from JSON Formatter Lab's original code, design, copy, logo, or assets without written permission.
Ownership and third-party rights
You retain all rights to your JSON. JSON Formatter Lab claims no ownership of user-provided data.
Original JSON Formatter Lab code, design, copy, logo, and other assets are proprietary. Third-party dependency rights and notices remain governed by their own licenses, and this proprietary notice does not attempt to revoke rights already validly granted under an earlier distribution.
